CXTRUST INSIGHTS

Evidence before opinion.
Substance before slogans.

A practical knowledge hub about what makes customer experience excellence credible, measurable and trustworthy.

MEASUREMENT

Why NPS alone cannot prove customer experience excellence

NPS can be a useful customer metric, but a single number does not explain whether an organisation has the practices, governance, complaints learning or evidence discipline needed to sustain the experience. A strong CX assessment therefore needs to look beyond the score itself.

CXTRUST MARK separates Standards & Practice, Evidence Confidence and Customer Outcomes. The intent is to prevent a high customer metric from becoming a substitute for implementation and proof.

EVIDENCE

What credible CX evidence looks like

Credible evidence is relevant to the declared scope, traceable to the claim being made, sufficiently current and strong enough to support the level of maturity being declared. System records, dashboards, reports, survey methodology and documented improvement actions usually create more confidence than unsupported narratives.

The practical test is simple: could another person understand what the evidence proves, when it applies and which CX claim it supports?

GOVERNANCE

Customer experience excellence needs governance, not only enthusiasm

Customer experience programmes often begin with energy and good intentions. Sustainable excellence requires something more durable: ownership, operating expectations, measurement, complaint learning, accountability and a disciplined way to convert insight into improvement.

This is why CXTRUST MARK treats implementation and measurement as distinct proof stages rather than assuming that a written CX strategy is already embedded in the organisation.

TRUST

Why recognition should be publicly verifiable

A logo can be copied. A certificate can become outdated. A public verification record allows clients, procurement teams and other stakeholders to check the organisation, scope, methodology, issue date, renewal date and current status at the point they need to rely on it.

That makes verification part of the recognition itself — not an optional afterthought.
