CXTRUST MARK Assessment Terms

Qualification and recognition activation

Registration, evidence submission and qualification are provided before payment. A recognition fee is requested only after an organisation qualifies and chooses to activate the formal CXTRUST credential, certificate, digital mark and public verification record. Payment does not alter the independently determined score or level.

Standards foundation

CXTRUST MARK is independently developed and uses relevant international standards as a reference foundation. It is not an ISO certification and must not be represented as certification, accreditation or endorsement by ISO.

Completion and improvement windows

Incomplete submissions may be saved and resumed in My CXTRUST. Organisations that complete an evaluation but do not yet meet the qualification requirements may be offered a time-limited Improvement Window. Recognition is not issued until the applicable standard and mandatory gates are met.

Accuracy declaration

Applicants are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawful submission of information and evidence.

CXTRUST Concierge

The website concierge provides general sales, support and onboarding guidance. It does not itself determine qualification, change an application record or replace the formal evidence-validation result shown in My CXTRUST.

Use of recognition

The CXTRUST MARK may be used only for the declared scope and while the verification record remains active. Recognition must not be represented as guaranteed or purchased.

Suspension and withdrawal

A record may be suspended or withdrawn where information is materially inaccurate, misleading, unsupported or the CXTRUST MARK is misused.
