The validity period is stated on the certificate and public verification record.
Renewal requirements
Organisations update customer-measurement information, standards declarations, evidence and scope before renewal.
Current methodology
Renewal is assessed against the CXTRUST MARK methodology in force for the renewal cycle. Where international reference standards change, CXTRUST MARK may update its assessment requirements.
Renewal outcomes
A recognition level may be maintained, upgraded, expired, suspended or withdrawn depending on the renewed assessment result and evidence.
